How we work
BeamX Tours is a Sri Lankan owned and operated transport company. We started out doing airport runs between Katunayake and Negombo, and we now drive visitors the length of the island, from Jaffna down to Mirissa and across to Trincomalee.
Everything is handled by the same small team. The person who answers your first WhatsApp message is the person who arranges your vehicle and checks your driver arrived. Nothing is passed to a call centre or resold to a third party.
We drive our own vehicles, we know the roads and the traffic patterns, and we quote a fixed price before you commit. If a route will not work in the time you have, we will say so rather than take the booking.
